THE QA CANDIDATE SATISFACTION SURVEY - 1819 FINANCIAL YEAR

INTRODUCTION

We are proud to enjoy enduring relationships with our professional candidates and as an extension of our client partner, the manner in which we interact with those candidates during the hiring process is critical.

Two years ago, we introduced our Candidate Satisfaction Survey to emphasize the importance we place on candidate experience.  This survey is sent to both successful and shortlisted candidates and helps us to identify what we are doing well, whilst drawing out opportunities for ongoing improvement so we may continue to refine and improve our service offering. 

HOW IT WORKS

This survey gleans feedback from candidates in relation to their experiences prior to, throughout and following the recruitment process.

Our overall survey results for the 18/19 financial year are shown below and cover three important stages of the candidate/consultant experience:

  1. The manner in which a candidate was approached
  2. The level of satisfaction with our communication and professionalism throughout the process
  3. How likely a candidate is to recommend Quinton Anthony

CANDIDATE FEEDBACK

“My feeling is it could hardly be improved, I was given every opportunity to discuss any concerns and questions in a respectful manner.... and believe me i have worked with a few.  QA is not overbearing, professional and is considerate of candidates being suitable to an organisation. Always have and will continue to do so. I aim to assist QA's growth in any way possible through extending their network and providing candidates whom may be seeking new opportunities.”
