Two years ago, we introduced our Candidate Satisfaction Survey to emphasize the importance we place on candidate experience. This survey is sent to both successful and shortlisted candidates and helps us to identify what we are doing well, whilst drawing out opportunities for ongoing improvement so we may continue to refine and improve our service offering.
HOW IT WORKS
This survey gleans feedback from candidates in relation to their experiences prior to, throughout and following the recruitment process.
Our survey results for the 1st quarter of the 19/20 financial year are shown below and cover three important stages of the candidate/consultant experience:
