In this role, you will work closely with hiring teams and operational leaders to:

• Build trusted and influential relationships across the business
• Deliver end-to-end talent solutions
• Support resource planning through proactive talent pooling
• Partner with the QA Consulting team to design diverse talent strategies and capability frameworks
• Provide market insights to drive smarter hiring decisions

About You

You’re an experienced recruiter ready to step into an end-to-end talent role. You bring:

• Recruitment experience in construction, property or infrastructure (agency, RPO, or in-house)
• A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive and organised, with positive energy to drive results
