What will a week in the life of a Senior Partner in Leadership Advisory look like?
Working from our North Sydney office 3 to 4 days per week (with flexibility to WFH), you will engage in a variety of projects and initiatives to support our internal Quinton Anthony team and deliver client services.
On any given day, you might join one of our Partners for a meeting or coffee with a client, where you'll get to know their business and discuss their needs around leadership development and capability uplift for individuals and/or teams. You will be empowered to design and deliver bespoke solutions, whether that’s a full-scale leadership development program, a team-building workshop, or 1:1 coaching for an individual. As we grow the Leadership Advisory service line, you will have the chance to establish best-in-practice tools, methodologies, practices, and resources to help build out our ‘leadership development toolkit’.
Working closely with our existing Senior Partner in Leadership Advisory, you will support our Quinton Anthony team with various internal learning and development initiatives. You may also contribute to our Search and Recruitment assignments by delivering behavioural assessments and assisting with the onboarding of successful candidates.
