QUINTON ANTHONY CELEBRATES 10 YEARS

At Quinton Anthony we’re known for our discretion so it initially seemed somewhat against the grain to publicly celebrate a company milestone.

However, anniversaries are about more than just celebration. They afford us a valuable opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of the many people that have been intrinsic to getting us to this stage.

I am extremely proud of our business, but particularly proud of the positive impact it has had on the lives of so many appointed candidates and their families.

I’m also thankful to the number of clients who have trusted us to source the right people for them – and the effect we’ve been privileged to have on their companies in doing so. We have played a huge part in changing the building landscape of Sydney through the leaders and teams we have helped develop.

Milestone anniversaries focus the mind not just on what has been accomplished, but on what we want to achieve in the future. As we look to the next ten years, we can do so knowing that 52% of our work comes from clients who have been with us for more than 8 years and almost 100% of our clients are referrals.

The relationships we hold and the position we enjoy in the industry is testament to our collective commitment to quality. We will continue to strive for excellence in all that we do – in the next 10 years and beyond.

Turning 10 represents a new level of maturity for a business, but being an officially ‘established’ business should never be an excuse for standing still instead of constantly innovating. With this in mind, our tenth anniversary seemed like an excellent time to rebrand the company and introduce our new website.

This milestone is also the perfect time to ‘go public’ with our new Business Consulting division – which will enable us to provide yet more depth of expertise for our clients and take the advisory approach we’ve always had to a new level.

The Business Consulting division means we can now be there from the start of a business, supporting it every step of the way and helping set up the frameworks that will stand it in good stead to reach its own landmark anniversaries in the future.

It’s been a busy 10 years for us, especially the last two years, which have seen us recognised as a qualified provider in the NSW Government’s Executive Search Scheme and accepted into the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). Getting this official global stamp of approval demonstrates the quality we offer and our team is rightly proud of this recognition.

I am extremely honoured to work with a group of peers that are so well respected. From raising thousands for various charities through our QA Donates program, to the consistently high satisfaction rates we have measured through our regular Candidate Satisfaction Surveys, our team continue to be a source of personal inspiration to me.

Our Quinton Anthony family is the foundation of the trust and collaboration that makes this business so unique within our industry. Running a business like ours is a process of continual learning and improvement but we have a firm foundation on which to build for the future.
