Professionally, in five years I'd like to be an established Talent Manager, where stakeholders see me as a trusted advisory to their business. I will understand the client's environment and consistently deliver the right people at the right time.
I aim to build strong, lasting relationships where I will operate as an extension of their team, adding value through insight, guidance and a deep understanding of their workforce.
