Immigration Advice

There are four principal visa categories which allow people to work in Australia:-

  • Skilled Migration Visa (PR) - This application process can potentially be a major undertaking lasting up to 18 months.
  • 457 Work Visa - Only valid for up to 4 years, but can be renewed. Applications typically take between 4 and 6 weeks.
  • Employer Nominated Scheme (ENS) – A faster alternative to achieve Permanent Residency, however, applications can still take around 4-6 months.
  • Working Holiday Visa - Limited to one year and only allowing employment for any one company for a maximum of six months. However, they can be applied for online and issued within 48 hours.
