QA Donates is an initiative that provides us with the opportunity to contribute to the communities we work in and act as a responsible, ethical and accountable organisation. To this end, we encourage and support each other to take up socially responsible opportunities and causes.

As a business, we enjoy supporting wonderful causes and voluntary commitments and have raised over $71,334 since QA Donates' inception in 2013. By 2025, we hope to have raised $100,000.

We are proud to enjoy enduring relationships with our professional candidates and as an extension of our client partner, the manner in which we interact with those candidates during the hiring process is critical.  

Since expanding our operations to the Southern Region in May 2017, we have been delighted with the feedback from all candidates and as such would to celebrate our 2 year anniversary by sharing our results. Our Melbourne office offers the full suite of Quinton Anthony offerings, including executive search, professional recruitment and business consulting and is led by Nick Hutchinson, Managing Partner | Southern Region. 

QA is proud to announce that it has been recognised by HRD Magazine for being a top performer in the categories of Work-Life Balance and Diversity & Inclusion, as well as taking out the Bronze medal for Employer of Choice in the 1-99 employees category. 

Due to expansion, we are looking for talented and like-minded people to join the QA family in both our Sydney and Melbourne offices.  This expansion represents an exciting continuation of the development and growth of our company, with 7 new employees joining us in 2018 alone.

Recently, we saw the Victorian Labour Party easily return to government to continue with their Infrastructure Program. This program is an impressive yet ambitious commitment by Premier Daniel Andrews and his party. A program that should create sustainable employment opportunities now and into the future.
