THE QA CANDIDATE SATISFACTION SURVEY - 1819 FINANCIAL YEAR

We are proud to enjoy enduring relationships with our professional candidates and as an extension of our client partner, the manner in which we interact with those candidates during the hiring process is critical.

Two years ago, we introduced our Candidate Satisfaction Survey to emphasize the importance we place on candidate experience.  This survey is sent to both successful and shortlisted candidates and helps us to identify what we are doing well, whilst drawing out opportunities for ongoing improvement so we may continue to refine and improve our service offering.

Recently, we saw the Victorian Labour Party easily return to government to continue with their Infrastructure Program. This program is an impressive yet ambitious commitment by Premier Daniel Andrews and his party. A program that should create sustainable employment opportunities now and into the future.

DIVERSITY IN CONSTRUCTION: ARE WE THERE YET?

International Women’s Day recognises and celebrates how far we have come with regard to the achievements of women whilst acting as a reminder to #PressforProgress.

There is much to be proud of but we still have a long way to go; especially in the construction industry.  The Design Futures Council recently conducted research on the status of women in the industry and the results really drive home the fact that other industries are progressing faster with diversity initiatives with the architecture, engineering and construction sectors failing to keep up.
